Release usernames

will boards.ie ever be releasing usernames where accounts were setup between 2002 -2008 where users setup theses accounts years ago but posted 1 or 2 posts and have not been active for years . I not talking about banned usernames but there are some great ones

Statistics show that 'Users come back'.. Some users that register and don't post for years actually do come back and start posting. I don't know the exact cutoff as there doesn't seem to be a cutoff point set in stone, but if you like you could pop over to the Feedforward forum (under Feedback) and propose someone take that on as an issue/clarification for future.

But at the moment, we don't tend to recycle usernames.
