    Some people say that chinese food is not that healthy, is it true?

    Soy sauce is the culprit i suspect. MSG too

    salts like that arent great for the ole body.

    MSG is the real issue.
    Chinese restaurants with no MSG are the best ones.
    Every culture has something that it does with its food.
    Chinese restaurants are associated with MSG.
    I see more and more of those advertising as 'No MSG and Gluten free'.
