Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

so i bought my new laptop in February of this year and with it i bought a laptop bag, a mouse, a memory stick and a copy of Bullguard Antivirus.. At first i was on a Norton 60 day trial which was doing me perfect until it ran out so i decided to uninstall it and try and install the Bullguard Antivirus, now heres the problem. When i inserted the disk and clicked run "ERROR unable to read Bullguard Antivirus". I took the disk out and discovered there was a small scratch on the disk, which I have no idea how it got there as this is the first time i ever opened the box! I took it back into the store and they said there was nothing they could do as I couldn't prove that it wasn't me who scratched it.. so now im screwed and probably have to pay another 50+ euro to get a new antivirus.
Is there any way around this at all?
    Thanks in advance.

Do you have a serial number, etc?

It might be possible to download the trial version and enter your paid for details there in it!
    Worth a try. See: http://www.bullguard.com/try/bullguard-internet-security.aspx

In the meantime download the totally free and very good Microsoft Security Essentials - it will keep you covered till you get it sorted: Download HERE

    + 1.

Most Antivirus software runs on a license basis. ie. You're not paying for the CD you're paying to use the software for a set period of time.

Don't know about bullguard specifically but you might find the software on line and you can put in a license key when you install it.

Microsoft antivirus and defender is free to download and is just as good as commercial products, in my opinion, as long as you set it to, automatic update.
    SEE here http://www.microsoft.com/security_essentials/
