Lead mines chimney

Took a walk up to the lead mines chimney from Puck's Castle lane last weekend. Disappointed to see how overgrown the walking track is, almost impassable in places. But worse, at the chimney itself, the area immediately around it is also overgrown, and flooded, and families with small kids were taking a dangerous access along the top of a steep bank, beside the wire fence, to get to the chimney.

It's a popular Sunday spot, but I wonder who is responsible for cutting back the dense shrubbery? No money in the pot, I suppose...
