Tekken 6 tournament

Hi all,

Frontier X on Cruises Street in Limerick is hosting a Tekken 6 tournament this Saturday at 6 o'clock. Entry fee is €2, sure to be strong competition so bring your A game!!

This is the first tournament we are running since our FIFA tournaments (which will be starting back up soon by the way!) There will be a prize for first place but I can't put a figure on it since it will depend on the number of entrants. So if u want to win more money bring more people!

At the moment it is organized to be a straight knockout elimination but this is subject to change.

Welcome to the FGF. Thanks for posting, keep us all informed of all the fighting games tournaments!

Think most of us will be in dublin for the SF4 tournament this saturday, but please god you get the numbers to do another tournament!

Well the plan is to make this a weekly event, and adding in more tournaments to follow. In the pipe works are SF4, Guitar Hero, CoD5, Battlefield: Bad Company 2 FIFA 10 and possibly more, all of which will become weekly affairs

Well our Tekken Tournament is over and considering it was our first one it went pretty well.

We ended up with 10 participants and the standard was quite high, congrats to Derek Sheedy beating Mike Hurley in the final.

We took plenty of videos which will be put up on Youtube in the next couple of days. Thanks to those who took part and those who gave their best wishes, hope to see ye there for our next tournament!
