Given you don't yet own the car I don't see how you can legally sell it on

OP - the finance company technically own the car, not you, as they have it as collateral against the loan. Even if you sold it, they could repossess it from the person to whom you sell it. Not a nice thing to do to someone.

Contact your finance company if you're thinking of selling the car.

You cant sell it on unless the finance company give you permission to sell it on. You dont own it at all at present, you just have it registered to you.
