No Internet Connection

I have been unable to connect to the internat at home. I have been able to connect to the router but have no internet connection. I have tried rebooting the router and the laptop and no success. Any ideas? I am in the North and using Freedom 2 Surf

Same is happening to mine i get the dsl light but wont connect to internet
