Hi all , I have been seperated from my ex for about 5 years now. We had the worst case ever when it came to getting a legal seperation. After 3 years of legal battles I eventually managed to get a regular maintenance sum and my home secured. It cost me 30,000 eu in legal fees... quite a lot for a mum who is working part time in a shop . My ex on the other hand is very secure in a highly paid professional job. The problem is that I agreed to the maintenance of 750 eu a month for our 3 children on the strict understanding that he would go halves on back to school fees. So far since the separation he has refused to give anything saying he is giving enough. Our eldest is going to college soon and has just been told by her dad that he will not be funding any part of it . We are both in an awful state as my eldest is a very hard worker and is devastated that college might not be an option. Should I write him a letter and if so what should I say ? In the past he has not replyed to any letters or texts as he is very bitter that I brought him to court.

Hi, welcome to Boards. I'm afraid you're asking in the wrong place, the Help Desk forum is for people experiencing problems with the site rather than for general queries. However the posters over on the Personal Issues forum may be able to help you.
