Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I need your old shoes!

    Hi all

    I have been training to become a Foley artist (performance of sound effects) for the past while and I need your help.

    Part of what we do in Foley is we replace footsteps in a film in sync to picture. As you can imagine this requires us to have a wide range of different shoes to get different sounds and character.

    If anyone has old shoes lying around the house I'd take them off you and give the ones I dont need to a charity shop. I'm a male, size 10 or 11.

    On the off chance that there are women with old shoes with these sizes I would even pay you for them.

    (Mods - Wasnt too sure where to post this thread, hopefully I'm in the right section)

    What a cool job, bf and I watched a programme on it before, how do you get into that line of work?? No shoes in that size though sorry
