    Hi all,

Have just got the job of managing a list of 562 email addresses for monthly mailouts. Rather than copy and paste into Outlook I'd rather use a list manager.
    Anyone recommend a good one?

    Steve

If it's only ~500 a month, you might be better off using Gmail. You can send 500 a day via gmail. Schedule the remainder for the next day.

Aweber is best if your looking to grow that list and get maximum deliver-ability.

PHPlist is what we use. It's self hosted and you have to manage any spam and server side issues yourself, but it's worth it. It's free.

Is there a non software solution, one that I manage online?

    Cheers,
    Steve

Yea, there's aweber which is probably the most popular worldwide but it's quite strict on content and spam reports and will make you opt in all your members again unless you can show proof of a double opt in already.

There's plenty of others like mailchimp and icontact but honestly, if its only 500-1000 people, you would be better off just using gmail.
