    I don't think so...the post offices are shut anyway so I doubt the banks are open....

    Its not I think, its optional if businesses want to remain open. Monday is a bank holiday though.

    It is a bank holiday but not a public holiday.
    The only bank holiday left it seems.

    It is also a publicans holiday.

    Good Friday is one of two Bank Holidays, which are not also Public Holidays, the other one is December 27th..
