Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Waterford Muaythai Centre run by John Walsh will be holding a Seminar at there gym in Waterford on the 10th of April the seminar will be done by Craig O'Flynn SjP
    It will take in alot of Muaythai Tecnics but will focus on Clinch and Elbow which are area many people are very unsure of
    The Seminar will be a very interested day of training for anyone wishing to take part
    Numbers will be limited to small group to ensure all get the most out of it so book your please early

    Hi lads this seminar will start at 1pm Saturday the First half of the seminar will run threw Muaythai Striking and distancing, the second half will be on Clinching work, throws ,knees, Elbow and Control
    these area some people are afraid of and have very little understanding,
    there is nothing to be afraid of, only to be understood

    Sitjaipetch Team are now doing seminars all over the Country anyone interested in holding a seminar at there gym can contact the SjP Centre for more details
