The Castlegar Republican Club parade (99% Fianna Fail) parade goes from st Patrick's church on Forster St up and around the square to the liam Mellows statue at the top of the square, after mass, which is about 11am-ish.... If it's happening, becuase sometimes the priest mightn't like it if people commereate shootings (as has happened in the past).
The republican Sinn Fein one is different. Don't know about that.

there was a piece on galway advertiser this week on it...

Easter commemoration will take place early on Easter Sunday morning at the Liam Mellows Statue in Eyre Square, Galway City and a march will be held from the Cathedral to Eyre Square starting at 11am

think there were a couple of other places mentioned

Maybe not technically FF - but 99% of the marchers are FF affiliated in one way or another!

Well, why not have another march against the current traitors of the country. We could all meet at the Cathedral and proceed from there.

You're the type that will sit in a pub, dole queue, or be involved in a Public Sector work-to-rule campaign complaining about your lot but won't get off your arse to do something about it. Or else you vote Fianna Fail because your daddy did and his father before him.

I'm up for that anytime or any place but just not when they're commemorating Ireland's fallen Heroes.

Anywho, the other one posted seems to be RSF's commemoration.

Sinn Féin seem to be having one at 3pm at Liam Mellows Statue also.

Kinda childish to be see 3 different marches instead of 1 because of party politics

Should we not try to organise a protest march on April 24th, a Saturday, the date of the actual Rising?
