Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Windows 7 refusing to sleep

As the title suggests, Windows refuses to sleep. It wored fine up until a few days ago. The only difference is I now connect to my network with an ethernet cable rather than wireless. The big problem is that while Windows refuses to sleep, it does turn off my display which will only come back on after a restart.

I've checked the Power Management tab for the NIC and it is not allowed to wake the computer except for a magic packet. I can un-tick the magic packet setting but it automatically re-ticks after a I press OK. The only other device set to wake the computer is my keyboard.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
