    Same as every year UCD men will hammer the Trinity and Trinity beat the UCD girls so overall down to a matter of how close the women.
    Should be some good races though my first race on track in a very very long time hopefully a PB:D

    UCD's mens team will annihilate Trinity. That is inevitable. As for the ladies...will be alot tighter (no pun intended)! Few decent girls on their team this year though so will be good to see how things pan out. Also, Ronan Daly for the javelin title.
