Websites for Bands

Hi Folks, I was wondering if anyone knows of websites that new Irish bands can use for promotion. Im thinking something along the lines of CPU which seems to be dead, the only other one I have come across is BreakingTunes.com but they dont seem to sell music online. Any and all feedback welcome. Can you not sell your music on itunes and use your myspace and youtube channel to direct people to itunes to buy your albums?

Just an idea, i have no idea of any websites TBH.
