Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

RTE Player Problem

    Hi

    When I click on any programme to playback, a couple of seconds play and then it freezes and displays the loading circle. I have adobe player 10. I've tried firefox, IE, google chrome, but the same issue persists. I've tried it on XP & Vista as I dual operating systems. RTE Player used to work until about three or four weeks ago. tv3 player works fine.

    I have a 3mb vodafone broadband on a landline, using a Zyxel router/modem (Esat BT / BT Ireland) supplied equipmentt.

    Any ideas?

    It sounds like a connection issue TBH.
    Perhaps the problem is on Vodafone's end. Contact them and see if they're throttling access to the RTE player.
