Devizes to Westminster 125 mile kayak marathon

    The DW canoe race is on this weekend, over a 125 mile course along canals and the river thames. There are approx. 70 portages on the course:eek:

    It can be done over 4 days by the majority of people, but some do a non stop version run through the night. There is at least 1 crew in the overnight version from Ireland, Stephen Bagnall and Tadhg de Barra, from Salmon leap canoe club.
