Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

maybe should be in the stats forum, but how does this make sense..

on paddypower Arsenal to win the league is 9/2.

    to win CL is 14/1.

to win CL + PL is 66/1

But , to win NO trophies is 1/6 , how does this make sense ?

since these are the last competitions they are in ?

How can it be "Really unlikely" to win both .. and relatively unlikely
to win them on their own - YET be very unlikely that they win nothing ???

Those odds are suggesting that it's very likely they will win nothing, not unlikely!!

If we had an infinite amount of monkeys, and an infinite amount of computers....would they be able to stick a winning bet on this selection of odds?:P

1/6 means they think its a near-certainty they'll win nothing.

Plus, who knows what that cat was trying to achieve?? Maybe he means to do what he's doing in the photo. Maybe the poster, by showing a photo of a cat who is achieving in an attempt to prove that someone else is failing is, in a deliciously ironic twist, in fact failing himself!!

I know for a fact the cat was trying to avoid getting the ball in the face
