    What's the best wax for a dry-look?
Currently, I have short-mid length hair, with plans on growing it a bit longer, and would prefer to style it rather than leave it messy, tbh.

Facial hair or no facial hair?
If facial hair is ok, what style would be best?

I've a more rounded face, rather than a chiseled jaw/chin.

A wax won't really give you a dry/matte look, you'd be looking at a clay/putty/paste or some creams. A cream or paste would be good if you want to keep it neat, you could also use a pomade, sits somewhere in between matte and shine.
Two brands that are excellent are Lock, Stock and Barrel and American Crew. I wouldn't bother with anything in the supermarket, most are useless. Have a read through the different products to get an idea of what you may need. With proper decent products a little goes a long way and they last ages.

In regards to facial hair, suits some doesn't suit others, just get a beard trimmer and go with it, keep it trimmed.

Would I havee to buy from the LSB or American Crew sites for the matte/paste or would chemists stock it?

I've never bought from those sites i usually buy it from mens grooming or hair dressing sites, or if im stuck il buy it from the barbers. Most barbers will stock American Crew products, just go in and have a look. LSB though you will probably have to buy it online, don't know any stockists in Ireland yet, i usually get it from shops in the UK.

    Need more help people.:P

I stupidly told my barber to cut an inch off my hair, without thinking, totally my fault, and now it's way too short, roughly an inch long all over.

Anyone recommend a decent hairstyle to get me through until it grows back?
