Cost of small extension?

    Hi guys,

    I'm planning an extension and would like to get a feel for how much it is going to cost. I'd appreciate peoples opinions:

    Terraced house 5m wide
    Single storey extending 15m sq out the back
    A-shaped roof (or something else if its going to be cheaper)
    Concertina back doors the whole width
    2 roof windows
    Couple of plug sockets and lighting
    1 or 2 radiators
