Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Quite like the new Aberdeen - Nike seem to be loving the stripe down the sleeve thing. WOuld have much preferred the new Man United shirt to look like this than with a manky collar :(

Yeah, pre-sale has started on the official website for it, three new shirts as far as I know.

No sign yet of what it looks like officially but the word from the regulars in the Nou Camp the night of the Inter game is that it'll be similar to the shirt they won the Champ League in with big red and blue panels rather than a number of stripes.

That's pretty cool. What's the connection with the Dragon?

It's il Biscione, a of symbol of Inter and the city of Milan. It was also on the season tickets this year.

That Inter top is possibly the stupidest I've ever seen, it has to be fake. Inter have always had their normal classy home and away kit, I'd be really shocked if this is true.

It is 100% real, the players wore it during the celebrations today and the club site unveiled it and had it available for purchase this afternoon too.

    So tacky.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 5,092 ✭✭✭Le King

I think the kit will sell very well, I think it could broaden the market a bit further with respect to football jerseys.

Whether I like it or not is another question.

I think for most people it will be either you love it or hate it.

New Barca home and away according to one of the Spanish papers.

    foto_434816_CAS.jpg

How a shade of blue can be a second strip to a jersey with blue in it confuses me slightly but what do I know.....

I dont think its all that bad but like said I think it be nice training top something I pay 20 quid for ya prob would but 60-70 quid no way.

Red strip we had this season did not grow on me either this might. Its when you see it in shop though is when you really can judge

Im planning on doing a Thailand job for it. I just think its odd rather than horrible.

At the minute, I'm 50/50 with that white top. Maybe not even 50/50 but still, like many before, it may just grow on me. The last jerseys, I didn't bother with. Loved the red form the year before. I hope whatever home strip they bring out this year looks better than last years anyway.

State of the home Inter jersey.
I do like the airholes, though, clammyness is one thing I dislike about jerseys of any kind.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 34,430 ✭✭✭✭The_Kew_Tour

Think the inter away jersey is nice but home one is shocking

Reminds me of that episode of the Simpson's where Homer puts speed holes in his car. :pac:

    Awful looking!

Whoa that Inter home shirt is best viewed on a 1960's vintage television set

I dunno, I like it, that and the one with the dragon haha.

Is the inter home jersey designed to confuse the opposition, the blurring of the stripes is almost like an attempt an camouflage or something

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,798 ✭✭✭speedboatchase

I hate that Inter away, but I'm loving the home

If it were any other colours they would actually become invisible on the pitch (some would say they managed that for most of this season)!

    Wretched stuff.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,732 ✭✭✭Reganio 2

Inter are doing something very smiliar I think. What happend to fashionable Italians?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 27,252 ✭✭✭✭stovelid

The stripes look like the trefoil you used to get on 70s/80s Adidas trainers with that serrated edge.

Nice on trainers; horrible on shirts.

  • Moderators, Arts Moderators Posts: 35,528 Mod ✭✭✭✭pickarooney

    Nike shirts at that.
Anyone remember the Napoli goalkeepers jersey from the early 90s (Mars sponsorship). I can't remember the year or the keeper's name (maybe Rossi?) so hard to find a picture of it.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,798 ✭✭✭speedboatchase

I'd take this news with a pinch of salt. From what I had read Juventus were also offered the same 90s-era template as the Inter home jersey but refused. Also the away jersey looks very similar to the Portugal away. I'd wait till an announcement
