Was thinking the same about myself, and yeah it does have a 'spanish' feel about it. Get's the thumbs up from me, as does the away.

I'll be very, very surprised if that isn't the design. Those are two templates Puma are using for European teams as well but we'll wait and see

It's in Liverpool's charter that each home kit must last two seasons.

I think the old reasoning of how can parents afford to buy a new shirt each year has died a death. You dont see anyone complain when Fifa release a new game each year!

Everton have been releasing at least 2 if not 3 new strips every season for the last ten years. Costing me a fortune and cant even buy them in Ireland anymore

Fifa don't make the game - it's made by a company called Electronic Arts who pay a fortune to license the name Fifa and to have all the players, teams, stadiums etc.

it was only during the late 80's, early 90's that they didnt.

Before that both clubs jerseys had CR Smith on them, celtic stayed with them while Rangers went to McEwans Lager.

Since then both clubs had NTL, Carling and now Tennents together.

Something which annoys certain elements of the fans immensely, but seems to have riled the Celtic fans even more recently.

As for our jersey...im not sure about it....

The Rangers shirt looks class.... i like the classic simple shirts...

Celtic and Rangers have had joint commercial agreements on most things for the last 10 to 15 years.. They agree tv details jointly as well as sponsorship etc.. They might as well be the same club when it comes to off-field activities to be honest...

Rangers jersey is by far the nicest jersey I've seen in ages. Umbro are making alot of nice, plain, classy tops these days.

Rangers jersey is muck Celtic is not much better, yeah it's true sponsors seem to like having joint agreements with the Old Firm and it makes sense for the clubs as they make more money that way. Although im sure the different sponsors didn't like the Rangers jerseys on the telly for the wrong reasons in Manchester a couple years back.

For me the Celtic jersey is grand, neither great or horrible.

the Rangers jersey is all but nice I think. Its a nice shade of blue, I like the simplicity of it, but it's ruined by the collar in my opinion. A simple V-neck would have been better.
