Mirror match nightmares?

So lads, which mirror matches make you cringe? Either to watch or to play?

I main ryu and personally I'm fine with ryu mirrors. Don't mind chun mirrors or guile mirrors either.

But cammy mirrors tend to play terrible, very messy looking fights.


For those that main bison or balrog I often wonder how they find mirror matches.

You gief players too.

Blanka mirrors are quite bad aswell very messy looking but at least they are over quickly!!

'rogs pretty bad, jab beats 99%of his moves but doesn't do good damage so you need to hit with one of his heavier moves. And because his focus is so bad that isn't much use in footsies it quickly becomes very dull. Jump-ins are also no-nos, at least until he's knocked down.
The match is basicly wait for the other person to mess up, then land a knockdown then safe jump and pressure with jabs.
Also 'rog can beat anything he can do so it ends up like a twisted game of rock-paper-sissors.

I'd imagine pretty much all charge character mirrors suck.Maybe not Blanka.

SFIV is a boring game anyway so all mirror matches are pretty much drawn out and broing as standard

In 3s the Urien mirror match was so stupid, just really untextbook

sim vs sim is pretty hilarious tbh. You end up doing rushdown which usually only happens against guile and seth so it makes for some fun stuff.

Cammy mirrors are so retarded. A good example is that, despite the obvious skill level difference, I think I could comfortably take Coblecog in a match.

Having said that, the Combofiend V JWong mirror was deadly.
