Are any of the networks increasing their coverage?

I recall a few years ago that some of the networks used to send out a leaflet that detailed where they were putting up new masts. Have they all stopped doing that as they seemingly claim 99.9% coverage now. It seems that areas where coverage might be catchy aren't being upgraded these days...

Its more about extending different bands and frequency now; 900 for example. Think its a little down the road yet though on which company will be doing the managing of it.
