    Maybe you dont have the problem, but on a winters day when the sun is close to the the ground and you are driving near to trees the flashing light makes you feel a bit...sleepy.

    Not clever when you are driving a car.
    It just aint pleasant to see this.

    I worked with an epilectic girl and she said she could see this kind of thing a mile away and avoided it.

    Fine if you know what your weaknesses are.
    Bottom line is.
