    Tonight @ 2000 in Raheny, reg in the clubhouse @ 1930, a lung-busting 1 mile.

    No info on the site as of yet, but it should be up later. Really looking fwd to this one myself.... :)

    Same same yeah. If you're around tomorrow I would head down to check out the Natl Rd Relays, all of the members of the Raheny "A" team were under 4:30 :eek: BAC should be there too. I'm in college but I might have take a halfer to check it out.

    And the 5'18 was for 1.01, the mile ono the watch was 5'15 - it would be rude if I didn't take that as the PB!

    I think we're heading up the country to visit the ins and out laws, What time's it at?
