Broadband in Oranmore

Hi folks, What's the story with getting broadband in private rented accommodation in Oranmore. Who are the ISPs (or is it still only Eircom?) and is there such thing as wireless yet? I don't want to get locked into any contract stuff because I'll only be there for a year (two max). Cheers
