NTL/UPC wireless modem

    I havn't been able to connect for 4 days now over some problem with the Cisco modem. Apparently some modems gave up the ghost after an upgrade or something and I can't understand what the girl/message on the phone is saying.
    Did anybody else have this problem and do you have a workaround/fix for it?
    Customer support for this company is almost non-existant. Useless service.
