Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Just reading this, one of those things id never consider doing myself for fear of killing my van but they seem to like it on that forum, interesting enough read.

better mpg, performance increase, quieter running, seems a bit too good to be true.

has anyone else ever heard of this or even tried it?

My dad a few years ago was working with CIE taking apart, reconditioning and rebuilding 40ish (probably 50ish now) year old 2 stroke Diesels for trains so they've been about for a few years. Interesting project he worked on.....no schematics, no instructions. Fun times!

Ask Peasant, I believe he has some experience with this.
