I'm just wondering if anyone can help me with change of ownership? Just got a new horse and I can't remember where to send the passport  It's an Irish Horse Register one, do I send it to the IHB in Naas or somewhere else?

Also, is there a charge for this? There wasn't when I changed ownership of my old ponies, but that was a few years ago.

    All help is appreciated!

It appears to be Horse Sport Ireland who are responsible, and the fee is E5.

See here. The phone number is there at the bottom of the link, so probably worth giving them a bell to confirm.
