Is that number meant to be: 353 094 26147 ?
I rang that and it says that number has changed, please insert a "90" infront of the old 5 digit number.
But after doing that, it says the number is not in service.

Kinda puts up a red flag i mean, what sort of LL would not get his contact info right?

I sent a msg in Daft.
But what else could that number be?

It seems that it's not a mistake, as he has used the same number for a few different sites. I'm thinking he's an agent that is trying to sound like not an agent?

Well, i'm not sure your link is working.
Anyway, what sort of agent puts in a number that doesn't work?

It does. The property has been let, as is clearly stated.

All the other ads with this number were for the same property.

It doesn't work. I tried ringing it.
And the property wasn't let when i posted this thread.

Actually it isn't.

My paranoia was well founded.
After emailing the Agent or LL from Daft I received the following reply:

It's a scam.

Definite scam. Too cheap for all-inclusive. Foreign landlord with unusual name. Mistakes in ad. Some features that are unusual in the property.
