How do I delete old posts?

Looking back through certain old posts I made makes me cringe :o However, when I try delete them there seems to be no option? It's the same as looking at any other user's posts?

You can't delete old posts, only moderators can.

If they are that bad, PM the mod of the forum and see what he/she says.
