I am needing to get a new disabled parking card; I have lived so long in rural areas that I didn't bother applying again. I am registered disabled these forty years and in receipt of UK mobility allowance; what do I need to say when I seek a card, please? Also, I need to find a raised toilet seat with handles; how do I go…
