Ok, so I love eating hot chicken wings. Thought you couldnt really make them for yourself at home until I found Franks Red Hot Sauce in Fresh on Pearse Street... SO now all I need is Blue Cheese Dip? I know its easy enough to make but I was wondering if anyone knows any place you can get it that its premade?

There a popular dish so I presume there has to be some place selling the stuff?

I usually make my own. Mash up some blue cheese, loosen it out with mayo or creme fraiche. Add in 1 clove of grated garlic. Then add in more mayo & creme fraiche.

My recipe is practically the same, only I use sour cream instead of creme fraiche. I whizz it up in my mini blender thingie for a nice smooth sauce.

Ah, whatever is on sale at the time! I usually use half fat creme fraiche as an attempt to cut the calories. Maybe some yoghurt if it's not runny enough.

half mayo, half sour cream and then I buy one of those mini blue cheeses from M&S and hand mix it all up together. If you leave the cheese out for an hour it will crumble easily.
