just a quick question on how much i should be paying on a morgage of 140000 over 25 year at 3.69 vari rate with insurance im paying706 euros is that right

I work it out at €715.22 - so your amount (if it includes insurance ) must be after the tax relief is deducted?

the only way to reduce that is to look for a lower interest rate.
