    Want the formula to choose the figures in the Z box, the Z box should only contain a number by default what is in the X box but not the Y box. If there is a #N/A in the X box it would choice the figure in the Y box then.
    The Z box is what I need.

    Your question isn't very clear so I'm not sure if this is what you wanted.
