M7 Birdhill - Nenagh

Took a spin on the m7 extension from nenagh to birdhill, must say its a fabulous road....but......is it really necessary?? esp considering all the millions that went into it. I mean its not bypassing any town and the existing road was more than adequate. what do you think......

Are you serioulsy suggesting that the N7 was capable of taking the amount of traffic that used the road on a daily basis?

The section of motorway you refer is a tiny section a motorway that will eventually (sooner rather than later) join the Mid-West to Dublin.
