Am thinking of buying cottage which has only one bathroom. For 5 people, options are to convert study/bedroom 5 into second bathroom/wet room but I'm loath to lose the study/spare room. Wondering about the cost of building on an extension of just a wetroom to service 3 more recently added bedrms at back of house. Any rough…
