Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

That's usually an indicator that the sensor isn't picking up the magnet. Generally caused by having them too far apart. There shouldn't be much more than 5mm between the sensor and the magnet.

I got the same one, had the same problem, then looked a little closer at the microscopic print...the magnet can be a max of 2mm from the sensor, so they need to be piratically touching, works when are very close together.

Weak magnet supplied with them so. MIght be worth buying a new magnet which would presumably work from a greater distance.

got it working, just moved the magnet a bit and away i go.

I bought a cheap one to get me going. I spent almost 300 on my polar for running so couldn't do the same for my bike so soon !!! I want to see if i actaully use it much before i put a big outlay there.

But thanks all for the replies and help.
