regional broadband anyone use it or got it?.

just wondering if anyone in the southeast carlow/kilkenny has regional broadband.and if so how do you find it,good/bad?. why i ask is because the are my only real choice here in the sticks lol. i have o2 bb but that is pure sh1te.

not a good ISP choice ,i have found regional broadband to be the worst so far in terms of service and speed .
