Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Buy new knees for Owen Hargreaves

Cake, and grief counseling, will be available at the conclusion of the test

Do you always have to try to start a row in a thread involving United?

    I know

ignore is a god send some times

his little escapades recently are really really annoying, sf really has gone into decline or it isnt showing enough humility

If United had City's money... God help anyone else, tbh. They'd be able to buy anyone they wanted and that would be the end of it.

Utd have had fortunes to spend for years upon years so we already know what they would do.

It hardly takes much imagination, does it?

A right back, a forward, and a few midfielders

They'd probably win 3 leagues, a champions league and 2 league cups in 3 years.

I'm not a United fan. I'm just a thanks whore.

To be fair, all United need is to have significantly reduced debt and they could buy who they wanted because in the last 10-15 years they have surely been in the top 5 if not top 3 most attractive teams to play for.

Can we please see less of these United threads?

Obviously there's a superthread and though I don't agree with it, I guess there's a good argument for a Man U financial thread. Now we also have a "is Alex finished" thread and then one's like this popping up every so often.

Everyone's going to say 'well you don't have to read them' and in a way you're right .... but I I really enjoy boards and don't have much time for it these days. Usually I just take a few minutes out to look at the first page of threads and comment on anything interesting. It really detracts from my enjoyment of the site when there's 4 or 5 threads about United.

This thread should be 'what would anyone do with city's money' or it should be in the Man U superthread. Otherwise, what exactly is the point of a superthread?

Christ, it was less annoying when they were winning everything.

I think everything will change when Fergie steps down. Which according to today fm is either this season or next season at the latest.
Then it becomes a different ball game. I am a bit puzzled by thread title. Is there a belief that City will be the dominant club in Manchester within next few seasons

On last Saturdays phone in show it was said that after the Champions league final two seasons ago, that Fergie said he would be gone within two seasons. Tend to trust them on stuff like this as McMullen is very well prepared as a rule.
