I thought Kearney and Heaslip were great tonight. They were very articulate, very respectful, very charismatic, and gave up some of their free time to visit Concern projects in Ethiopia. I thought Kearney did very well.

Both are a credit to rugby I think.

Yeah that's quite nice actually! Reminds me of this really nice training jersey from a few years back which I bought when it came out and haven't bought another Leinster jersey since - http://www.irishrugby.ie/images/news/SeanOBrien_Leinstertraining_RDS.jpg

Not overly mad on the white harp at the bottom though, rest is really nice.

I notice two gold stars above the crest now for our two European cups! Do any other teams do this?

Toulouse rock the 4 stars, I like the idea of the stars, but only on the jerseys, dislike when they put it everywhere like training gear!

Aw yeah! That looks awesome. The harp may be little too strong, but overall that looks sweet. I remember a lot of us were saying that a jersey similar to the one Jello showed would be great, and that looks very similar.

Not too sure about the stars thing. I always saw that as a Toulouse tradition, but I guess I can get used to it.

Looks far better on a person than on a table!

All the French teams who have won the Heineken Cup have stars to represent the wins on their crests... (ie Stade's 4 and Brive's 1...)

Just saw this on Leinsterfans. Presume it's the same as was posted previously...



So it's the same design as expected, complete with garish massive white harp. The rest of the jersey looks okay, though the logos and sponsor all seem very close together and high up. And we have two HC stars now...

The shorts are the same as Scotland's, and look daft.

Personally I think the giant harp looks silly. As a rule, I'm a fan of classic shirts. We're entering the stage Premiership football teams reched in the 1990's, where they're trying to make shirts more and more complex. Eventually the kickyball teams realised less is more and went back to more classic designs. I expect rugger to follow this path.

So the Leinster 2015/16 shirt will probably be class.
