I like the look of it! Think I might get one before I head off to Japan. Not so sure about the stars over the crest.....they look a tad too big.

What is the new classic jersey gonna be? Something the team will actually wear or just a gimmick for fans.

New classic jersey from the LR site:

    image.php?type=P&id=553

Now that's a nice jersey that you can spill a few pints on! Well done LR!
Makes sense to have a flash jersey for younger fans and to play in, and a normal cotton one for those who like the old school.
Could do with more gold, but I'll be purchasing this I'd say. Cheaper than the test jersey as well.

Nice jersey, and I'm guessing it's exactly what many supporters will want. Would it have hurt to put a bit more yellow / gold in there somewhere? Some gold trim between the navy and blue panelling would have made it so much better!

    Still, very good effort.

Bought it today, looks class in real life. €85 for the test version €65 for the standard version.

Tip if you're getting the test version, go a size up ;)

Can you only get the test version online does anyone know? Thinking of getting it but would like to try it on first.

I'm really liking this new jacket too - http://www.leinsterrugbystore.ie/product.php?productid=433&cat=6&page=1

Stopped in Elverys today to have a look. Ended up buying on of the new t-shirts, looks really nice. As for the jersey, it is very nice indeed, however I didn't get one myself. I felt like it had a little too much going on for a supporter. But it looks great. The regular jerseys go for 65.00 in Elverys, Champion and Lifestyle. The test jersey goes for 85.00, and holy god is it tight. I wear S for the regular replica's, and if I were to get a test, I would need to get L for sure.

Picked up the new pro jersey yesterday have to say i love it. The fit is much better than the last few ive had, seems to be tighter and the sleeve's are shorter.

Not sure I like it actually. It looks so stupid on Cullen and O'Brien. Just too much going on.

Cullen looks stupid because he's wearing socks with sandals too!

Looking great in the flip flops eh? I know he's the captain etc but they really shouldn't be getting Cullen to do all these photo shoots. He's just not model material.

Well, we all know he eats 10s for breakfast...

O'Brien looks like he's after guzzling bacon and cabbage there. Squeezing the jersey

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,456 ✭✭✭Cpt_Blackbeard

I really like the away jersey but, I think that the white harp ruins the home jersey. They are a huge improvement on this year's jerseys though.

Is it time Leinster moved away from Canterbury?

They seem to churn out three (boring) templates for jerseys every season then share them around all the teams they provide kit for.

    I would kill for Adidas.
