I am currently in the very early stages at looking at an old school conversion to a house. The client has asked that i look at the possibilities & additional costs of going passive. Has anyone got any good ballpark per msq figures for or a average % over the standard per m sq cost I should consider. Anyone currently doing…

+15% for building fabric in isolation but with stripped back services net impact about +8%
