Eircoms mobile house phones

Sorry if this is in the wrong forum I have two Eircom mobile house phones and on the older one the batteries are empty. They are Panasonic rechargeable for dect 700mah-aaa hhr-po3. Has anyone replaced these or knows where it’s the same battery but just a different make and model? Thanks in advance
