Venue for party

I'd like to rent a house for a weekend to have a party. So far I've found this place that would do it: http://www.coolatorehouse.ie/ Only problem is it's €2,200 for the weekend. Could anyone recommend anywhere similiar but a bit more downmarket?

Yeah greater Dublin. Say up to 1 hour from city centre.
