Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Its only a matter of time before Arsenal score, they have the possesion but spurs arent given them any space from 30 yards in. C'mon arsenal :D

Arsenal will surely equalise, you can't just let them have the ball like this.

I expect Spurs to score again tonight.

I missed most of the first half but just watched the replay of Rose's goal. The boy won't hit a shot as sweet as that for a long time!

Almunia probably could have got a hand to it at least but I'd have my doubts if he could have kept it out.

    Second half will be tense!

CRACKING GOAL from Rose. So happy for the young lad. Hopefully he can continue to produce goals like that for years to come.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,190 ✭✭✭✭IvySlayer

I love at the end of the half when the ref blew the whistle, Nasri wanted to just put the ball in the net, Gomes went back and saved it anyway :D

Great Tempo to the game, good noise, cracker of a goal scored. Walcott to come on and equalise!

Some goal from Rose. Hoddle would have been proud of that one

It's simply astonishing how bad defensively that Arsenal actually are.

How does Diaby keep fooling Wenger into playing him?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 9,405 ✭✭✭Lukker-

No urgency from Arsenal, they are stroking it around with ease but Spurs are fighting for every ball and win every 50/50

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,934 ✭✭✭Paleface

    This is depressing!

  • Registered Users Posts: 11,692 ✭✭✭✭OPENROAD

    Bring on RVP imo

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 12,082 ✭✭✭✭Spiritoftheseventies

Was going to say Bendtner was having a quiet night but that was close. Van Persie about to make his return after five months on the sideline.

Been saying it for ages, he's a joke.

First decent decision from Wenger in a while, try and get RvP out of the World Cup, we might get him for the start of next season that way.

    Gudjohnson should have done better

Gomes has really improved from the keeper he was a few seasons back.

Van Persie shows why he was so missed with that effort. That injury cost Arsenal the title, huge pity.

    You mean last season?

Gomes has really improved from the keeper he was a few seasons back.

Gomes has always been a top class goalkeeper. He only made a few mistakes when he first came.

Very true. Some save from van Persies free kick and Campbells header.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 8,983 ✭✭✭leninbenjamin

that was a damn near perfect free... what a save.
