    Hi Guys,

    I'm just wondering if I can have your views in relation to the above. I'm getting the ball rollign and filling in the forms in order to rent my house out to the City Council for a number of years etc. Has anyone had any experience with this. How long does it take to sort etc.

    Any details at all would be great.
