I didn't mean what's he doing at the gig, i meant what's he doin onstage for the Big 4 jam as he's not really an official member of Anthrax

Without Andreas they wouldn't have another guitarist for Anthrax to stand next to Robert Caggiano (he's taking Scott Ian's place) and since neither Kerry nor Jeff (or Gary Holt) are getting involved then what is originally an impressive line of guitarists playing in unison would be whittled down

That and Andreas is a legend in his own right, they probably didn't want to make him feel bad by not inviting him onstage - James and Sepultura have been friends for years I think so Andreas knows the Metallica guys

Yeah, legend alright, the guy responsible for what was once one of the top bands in the world , Sepultura.

I would imagine in this situation that it's a case of Andreas physically taking Scotty's place but Rob being allowed to do some more of the leads then usual - mainly because he knows the material inside out, it's only for 8 shows, and it gives him a chance to shine. I mean, imagine playing beside Scott Ian and being in Anthrax and yet most wouldn't know your surname - you'd be almost itching to break out for a few shows.

Yep,RTL stayed in but Ktlulu made way for Through the Never. Hoping for Ktulu on Friday,heard Through the Never a couple of times. Seems they are rotating TBA tracks(20 year anniversary maybe??!!).

I should add that I got into Metallica back when S&M came out and Ktulu was one of the best first songs that grabbed me so it's gonna be extra special, especially since I saw Outlaw Torn a couple years back
